Description:
This tree is originally from India, the
land can turnbuh mild to severe and resistant to lack or excess of water.
Ceremai many people planted in the yard, in the fields and other places to a
height of 1,000 m above sea level. Small tree, to 10 m tall, sometimes more.
Many branching, thick bark. Leaves single, short-stemmed, arranged in series
such as leaf stalk forming compound. Leaves round to oblong eggs, pointed tip,
base obtuse to rounded, flat edge, pertulangan pinnate, smooth hairless, length
2-7 cm, width 1.5 to 4 cm, light green color.
Stalk when autumn will leave a
real branch. Inflorescence a cluster length from 1.5 to 12 cm, out along the
branches, petals form a star,, pink crown. There are male and female flowers in
one bunch. The fruit buah.batu, flat round shape, notched 6-8, length 1.25 to
1.5 cm, width from 1.75 to 2.5 cm, the color yellow, seeded 4-6, sour taste.

Curable Disease:
Cough with phlegm, thin body, nausea,
cancer, mouth sores; asthma, skin problems, constipation, nausea caused by
dirty belly;
Utilization:
PART USED:
Leaf, root bark, and seeds.
INDICATION:
Leaves efficacious for:
- Cough with phlegm,
- Thin body,
- Nausea,
- Cancer, and
- Sprue.
Root bark efficacious to overcome:
- Asthma and
- Sore skin.
Seeds efficacious to overcome:
- Constipation and
- Nausea caused by dirty belly.
HOW TO USE:
1. Constipation
a. Prepare as much
Ceremai seeds 3/4 teaspoon, washed and milled
until
smooth. Pour 1/2 cup hot water. When
still
warm add 1 tablespoon of honey, stirring until
evenly
and then drink as well. Apply 2 times a day.
b. Prepare fresh
leaves Ceremai 3 g, washed and pounded
smooth.
Pour 1/2 cup hot water, then cooled. Result
steeping
drink well with the dregs.
2. Asthma:
Prepare beans
Ceremai as 6 seeds, red onion 2 grains, roots
kara (Dolichos
lablab) 1/4 handheld, litchi fruit (Nephelium
longanum; Euphoria
longana) 8 points, washed and pounded
necessary. The
material is then boiled with 2 cups of water

taken with sugar

3. Cancer:
